Mosquito Larvicide Program for West Nile Virus

The Kiowa Conservation District, in partnership with the Elbert County Public Health Department, are pleased to offer this public service to you.  We are offering an environmentally-friendly larvicide to kill the mosquito that causes West Nile Virus and other diseases.
